Service Requests
There are few ways you can request service to your computer. You can call us at 647-822-COMP(2667), email us at info[at]comptech.ca, or create a support ticket in our Client Portal.
You can create a support ticket in our Client Portal page, fill in the information on the "Start a New Service Ticket" section, click "Get Started".
Before sending your computer for repair you should back up your data or put important files in the cloud, that way you'll have access to them while the computer is being repaired as well as restoring those files later on your repaired computer. You should also remove the password protection and make your PC accessible for us to login.
You can track the status of your service in our Client Portal page as well, fill in your ticket number and last name in the "Existing Ticket Lookup" section, click "Lookup".
